The Post Where I Shamelessly Market Myself

I promised myself that I wouldn’t start this post off with “Have I got a deal for you!” but I guess that even in telling you this, I already have. Well, I guess I am not the best at marketing myself. Oops…

For some time now I have been going on and on mentioning that I was ready to start my web design business in the near future. Well, the future has arrived and Jenny Designs, Inspired Web Design is officially here and ready for you website design needs! Wow, I am really laying on this used-car-salesman schtick thick, though I promise it is unintentional… and no offense to all you used-car salespeople out there.  Maybe I should go into sales, instead of web design? Nah…

My mission in my business is to provide people with a website that reflects their passions. My goal is to create websites that are inspired by you, your dreams and aspirations. I followed my dreams and aspirations when we started traveling the world 2 1/2 years ago, and my blog/website andthreetogo.com has made my life so much richer and fuller in the people who I have met (both online and in real life) and the things that I have learned from others. Having a website is so worth it!

So if you are looking to start your own website, or redesign your current site, check out my Jenny Designs website, or contact me here.

I hope to help you in any way that I can!

Now back to your regularly scheduled And Three To Go travel posts. Talk to you again on Monday!

Now it’s your turn! What do you do to market yourself? If you change anything about your current website what would it be? If you have designed a website before, what is your least favorite task? Do you have any awesome blog that I should follow about web design? Leave a comment and lets chat!

You go girl!!! That is so inspiring (and not at all used car-man like) – I’ll keep you in mind for any future site upgrades or redesigns (I am completely hopeless at any kind of coding or updates)

Regarding your questions at the end: Marketing and selling. No one should ever trust me to do those things. Ever. 🙂 I’m using Jenny Designs for my blog, and I can’t wait to get organized enough to tell her exactly what it is I want without changing my mind–so she can do it!

Hahah. Thanks Terri! You are able to market and sell yourself through your blog without even trying. Your articles are so well written that they sell themselves 🙂

I always feel like I’m annoying everyone or bragging when I market myself. Somehow, though, it doesn’t feel the same when friends market themselves. This seems like a great fit for you, and I wish you the best in your new business adventure :).

Thanks Chamisa! It really is so difficult to sell myself when I have no problem marketing others. Maybe it’s the fear of rejection lol
