Monday Montage: A Surprise

Happy Monday everyone! It is a fresh start of the week and I think it is going to be a fantastic one. There are many reasons that I think so, but mainly because I have a surprise for you tomorrow! I can barely contain my excitement! Make sure to check back here tomorrow, or better yet, subscribe so it will come straight to your email or reader.

Until tomorrow, here are a few pictures from our week. It has been raining non-stop so we haven’t done much, but at least it’s a hot rain. There is nothing quite as refreshing as a rainy day where the temperatures are about 25-30 C degrees (77-86 F). Β I love it!

Yep, that's me. With an awesome hat on! (Thanks to Bronwyn, who made me want to get a floppy sun hat!)

There are some strange "mascots" for the night market here in Chalong. Z thinks they are pretty cool though.

Opps ! As for the weather a nice 20’C with some sunshine mild cloud no wind is perfect for me. My husband on the other hand loves 40’C hot blazing sunshine with no shade and no sun cream!

I lean more towards your husbands choice, but an occasional cool day is nice too. πŸ™‚

I’ve always noticed and admired that hat in Bronwyn’s photo too! It is nice fall weather here! Like it!

I do miss autumn sometimes. Especially hot cocoa in front of the fire or reading all day snuggled in a blanket while it rains. And then I realize that I have a toddler and those days are over for a while. πŸ™‚

That is indeed an awesome hat, and you wear it well. Not everyone can do hats. It is 77 degrees at 1:30 p.m. here on Monday in No. CA, with an expected high of 87. I sound like a weather-girl!

I totally agree on Bronwyn’s hat! i keep eyeing it! I love hot rain! So much fun to be in! The only time I’ve really experienced it was on my honeymoon in Cabo 10 years ago. Curious about tomorrow!…

I have never been to Cabo… which is so silly as I lived in California or Nevada most of my life. It was so close. πŸ™‚

Hmmm favorite weather…at least 80. We’ve had between 80 & 93 degrees here. LOVE IT! Though I confess if I didn’t have air conditioning in house and auto I might be not AS happy.
Can’t wait to hear the surprise. I hope it is exciting. I love to read all the comments from your other followers. Very fun and informative.
    I too love your hat!
Funny the differences in “safety” measures; you’ve got an insane amount in some areas and not nearly enough in others. I think people get to know what their particular area is like and proceed accordingly. I laughed a lot when we were in London and it was SOOOOOOO obvious that the floors were slanted to one side. Felt like you were going up a hill if headed toward another section!
Look forward to a special Tuesday post!

Waiting for your surprise πŸ˜€ love your hat. Fall weather has been good so far, some sunshine and about18-20 celsius. I don’t like rain.

It has been very hot in SoCal. It’s October yet we have still had plenty of 90 to 100 degree days. I like it when it’s in the 70s to low 80s. I agree, cute hat!

I have heard that California has been warm (my family lives near San Francisco.) πŸ™‚ Thanks!
