This past week we had friends stay with us from the UK for a few days. I feel refreshed. Although I do not consider myself a total extrovert, I do love being social. Having visitors is a wonderful way of getting my “fix” of conversation and fun, I already know all our own stories so I often have to dig deep for something new to talk about with Chad. I know that Chad feels the same way, too. So, a big thank you goes out to Gilly and Yevgeni for visiting us here in Hua Hin!
Here are some of the photos I have taken this week. If you think of anything specific you would like to see here on And Three To Go’s Monday Montage, make sure to leave a comment and I will try my best to get it up here for you!
Chad at the top of a massive rope climbing apparatus (would it be called a jungle gym?) at the Dino Playground at the Venezia.
Z and I had a day together recently and she painted a ceramic kangaroo (complete with baby in pouch) at the Market Village Shopping Center. She was very careful and thorough. I loved watching her look of concentration.
A Thai mailbox on the road in the Pranburi National Park
I think that hill in the distance is Monkey Mountain in Kao Takiab but I am not sure. We did see monkeys on the roofs of the buildings there though.
The fishing village part of Kao Takiab, a village just south of Hua Hin
Playing at the restaurant playground in the daylight! All of the equipment was made from old scrap metal and painted in bright colors. It’s beautiful and scary all at the same time. It takes every bone in my body to not tell Z to be careful and hold her hand the whole time we are there.
