Monday Montage: Six Days

We are now six days and counting until we hop on our flight to Tokyo for a few days on our way back to the U.S. to visit family and friends. I wrote a post about the worries I was having about this trip. I am happy to say that all of the wonderful support, advice, and encouragement has worked and I am feeling calm and ready. Well ready in an emotional sense, I have not even begun to pack or even think about packing. Hmmm… guess I should probably start soon.

This past week there was just so much going on here in Thailand. Mostly we were preparing for Songkran, which was yesterday here in Phuket (other area’s, such as Chiang Mai in the north, will celebrate for many days). Songkran is the Thai New Year celebration and is a country-wide water fight. We participated fully and I had so much fun… more about that on Wednesday. I have to keep you coming back for more right?!

Until then, here are my pictures for this week. I hope that you enjoy them!

One more of Cape Panwa. It's known for it's beautiful sunsets... I think I can vouch for that!

Cutest Easter bunny I have ever seen. We had an Easter egg hunt with our playgroup last Friday. Despite Zoë's serious expression, she had a fabulous time!
