Monday Montage: London

How does one see all there is to see in London? There is just so much to see and do, and in our four days in the thriving metropolis was just not enough to even scratch the surface. We did our best to see what we could in the time we had though and the wonderful weather helped out immensely. There were moments where Chad and I both thought that London would’t be such a bad place to live. That was until we remembered that normally it is gloomy and cold in London. Or when we went to pay for, well, anything, London is incredibly expensive… I know it was news to me too! No, not really, but still… the prices there are much higher than anywhere we have visited. It was a shock (I was paying 3 pounds for a hot tea… thats $5.10 for a tea bag and hot water!)

Despite the high prices of certain things, London has so many free options for things to do that it makes up for it for the most part. I have some more posts about London, but today for my Monday Montage, I wanted to share some of my favorite pictures of our time there.  And so, here they are:

Zoë with (a statue of) the tallest man in the world, in front of the "Ripleys Believe It Or Not" Museum in PIcadilly Circus

The compulsory picture of Big Ben, or should I say Elizabeth Tower... I found out the bells name is Big Ben! We did hear him though.

Westminster Abbey... or wait that might be the Parliament Building? Sorry... I can't remember. :-/

I thought that this building was so interesting looking. It was across the street from the Elizabeth Tower.
