Monday Montage: I’m Back!

I am back and pretty much all healed! I went and saw the doctor earlier this week and he said I could do everything normally, except lift or do any high-intensity exercise. Those things I have to wait a month or two to enjoy, Treadmill here I come for a long low-intensity time of calorie burning!

I have decided to take a break for a little while from the Blog of the Week, mostly because after all the craziness in my life lately, I have been absolutely horrible at reading any blogs. I know, it’s bad. I am going to get back on that horse as soon as I can catch my breath.

This week is the Vegetarian Festival here in Phuket, so expect a post or two about our time experiencing it this year!

Before I move onto my pictures, I just wanted to say a quick “THANK YOU!” for all the awesome kind words, prayers, and good vibes that were sent my way during my surgery and recovery! You guys are the bees knees! xoxoxo

Pictures of the Week

Z took this picture of a flower in our yard. Is it a hibiscus? Anyone know?

This kid has been such a big helper and so kind and compassionate. She make me proud.

I think I took a good picture! Is it possible... although this cutie makes it easy to.

The view from inside a tuk tuk. Now if only I could somehow share how it feels being in the back of one of these while the driver practically careens off the road every turn. Exciting to say the least!

Now it’s your turn! Would you like to share a blog that you love to read with me? I would love it if you would send me the link so when I do get back to reading, I have some new people to bug get to know. Thanks!

Check out her getaway post, from the 20th, I think! It’ll make you smile and laugh! Which may not be allowed since it might equate to too much physical exertion post appendectomy. 🙂

Haha! Luckily I can do anything except lift… So I can do everything but take out the garbage (Win!), carry groceries (win!), and chores that require any lifting (triple win!). 🙂 I am off to check out that post!

I’m so glad you’re feeling better. Doesn’t it just melt your heart how sweet little ones can be when they know you’re ill or hurting? Our middle child alwaysl liked to bring people a blanket to cuddle with – she’s been a nurturer right from the start.
