Well, we are visitor-less again here in sunny Phuket. It was sad saying goodbye to our guests, but I think that they may have caught the very contagious “I want to come back to Thailand”-itis. So there is hope that they will be back soon.
Having Chad’s brother and my sister here at the same time was perfect because the boys often went and did their own thing (diving mostly) and us girls got some awesome beach time. It was really fabulous. The only thing I would have changed is the fact that they had to leave.
We are heading to Taipei, Taiwan again soon for another visa run, so there will be posts and pictures of us in winter clothing soon. That will be a shock in and of itself I think. You should definitely tune in for those posts, I hardly remember what I look like in jeans and a coat… it will be like seeing a different person in the mirror. Anyways, until then, here are some photos from the past couple of weeks. By the way, if you missed the guest post about Petaluma, California last week written by one of our readers, Kimberly, make sure to check it out! It’s a fun one about a town just south of my home town.
And now for the pictures:
Our long tail boat on our way to Phi Phi Lee.
J, Z, and me on our Phi Phi Lee trip. Such happy times!
There was a special night market at the temple near our house. It was crazy busy!
It has been a while since I have posted a bad english picture… but this sign is pretty awesome. Apparently you too can have selfishness. Hooray!
Now it’s your turn! Do you love to have visitors, or hate it? What is your ideal houseguest? Would you want to have new image quality to grant selfishness (now that’s the real question inquiring minds want to know the answer to, haha)? Leave a comment and join in the fun!
