Monday Montage: Celebrate

This week was His Majesty the King of Thailands’ birthday and with that comes many celebrations. One of the ways it is celebrated is that it is Thailands Fathers’ Day and there are many street festivals and fireworks.

Another way that some celebrate HM the King is by racing sailboats! You may not know this, but one of the things that Chad loves most is sailing. By luck and having awesome friends, he was asked to crew a sailboat in the Kings Cup Regatta. What an awesome experience!

This morning Z and I went out and watched the sailboats in Chad’s class start their first race of the day and although we couldn’t make out which boat he was on and I am sure he couldn’t see us on the shore, it was exciting to be a part of it a little. (I am totally going to twist his arm to write a post here about the experience!)

We also celebrated Chad’s birthday this past week. He is old(er) now! Haha, sorry Chad. I am always so excited to think that we have been together so many years and I still love to have fun with him. He is just awesome. Happy Birthday, Chad!

Today I have so many pictures to share, I think I have finally started getting in the habit of putting effort into taking pictures and trying to get good ones. So here they are!

It was literally 5 minutes before Z was soaking wet and covered in sand. We sure love living on the island of Phuket!
