Suay, meaning beautiful in Thai, is the perfect name for the quaint little culinary heaven that Chad and I went to recently. Located in Phuket Town, if you live in Phuket or are just visiting, I would highly suggest taking some time out to enjoy a meal at Suay. This restaurant is owned and operated by Chef Tammasak, who not only makes a fabulous meal, but also is the Iron Chef Thailand in charge of European dishes.
Many people had recommended Suay Restaurant to me and I was not disappointed. Let me show you why:
I honestly ate the Som Tam (Papaya salad) too quickly to even take a picture… I really need to start eating a snack before I go to delicious restaurants like this so that I can wait a second and take a picture.
Chad and I left completely stuffed after our meal, to the point where we could barely move. I cannot wait to go back to Suay. Make sure to check it out when you visit Phuket. You will not be sorry that you did!
