15 Minutes

There  is an old cliché is that everyone gets 15 minutes of fame in their life. Well, I am getting my 15 minutes now . . . I think.

Recently, I wrote about being interviewed for a magazine about this blog(!!!), and this month the article was published! You can check it out here.

Yep, it’s pretty awesome! I really need to thank Simon Ostheimer who included me in the project and gave me excellent questions to answer. I also need to thank Jessi Cottrell for taking some amazing pictures of me and my family. What an awesome experience!

It all started when my friends husband, Simon, asked me what I thought about an article with three different Phuket bloggers being featured. I was all for it, and was hoping that it meant that I would be included… and I was! Not only that but I would be featured with some real awesome and well-known Phuket bloggers that have been here for a long time. It is quite an honor being featured with such excellent writers.

So that, I guess, is my acceptance speech for my 15 minutes of fame… oh, I also want to thank my Mom and Dad, without whom I wouldn’t be here… and God, because he makes everything happen. Thank you, thank you all! *Leaves the stage while massive standing ovation continues*
